With buyers focused on Las Vegas foreclosure listings sometimes real estate agents skip the part of the MLS that lists regularly priced units. What sellers don't realize is that sometimes these represent much better values than a foreclosure. A savvy seller who has the ability to price his property aggressively, in a market that has agents and investors shopping for rock bottom prices, can match the repo price but offer more bang for a buyer's buck!
