Wow, it really does work.  I received a call from California from a couple looking for an agent they could list their land with.  They have never visited this area and bought land sight unseen.  It will be a huge challenge in this market to sell what they invested in but I did not promise anything and was totally up front with them.  They are not the only ones caught in the upscale land sales that took place here in the mountains.  By the way there were NO local Realtors that sold in there.  I will do my very best for them.  There … (5 comments)
