I had an inside scoop on a home that was going into foreclosure.   I had been keeping in constant contact with the local bank because I knew how much this home was worth because our company built the home.  The home owner pulled a fast one the day it went to the court house steps and had filed bankruptcy so it was stopped.  The local bank took them to court and said NO we have already filed foreclosure sorry.  They won their case and it went back in foreclosure.

Grand Opening Set for July 2009 - Smoky Mtn. Performing Arts Center in Franklin, NC - 01/12/09 03:52 PM
I can hardly believe it!  In the quiant little town of Franklin, NC we have the new Smoky Mountain Center for the performing arts.  Thanks to Phil Drake this 1,500 seat facility is slated to open in 2009.  This is a big deal for us here.  It is located on the Georgia Rd.  Hwy. 441 South. Its about 2 hours north of Atlanta and a hour to Asheville.  This little town is growing so fast.  We also new restaurants recently, Cody's, Fatz Cafe, and Sonic.  Our new extended community college is doing well also and we are already building another building next to the new State … (0 comments)
