I was out last Saturday before last showing a house, Rainbow Springs/Nantahala area in Franklin, NC 28734.  As we drove up the mountain the ice was massive on the sides of the rock here.  I was telling my clients we use to watch ice climbers every year here taking advantage of Mother Nature and having fun climbing.  The ice looks like a aqua blue froze to the rock that was blasted out years ago to make way for Hwy. 64 in Franklin, NC.  This road … (6 comments)

The king of green was coming to town but the locals said not if they have anything to do with it!

Yes hello Mr. Banker,  I would like the mortgage payoff on a loan for Mr. Seller. It's a beautiful site when it snows in Franklin however, many people call it a snow day. They stay home, eat, take naps, watch Judge Joe on TV and do nothing productive and before you know it the day is over and you have to go back to work and your behind.

The number are in and here are the quick stats for this year 2009 in Franklin, NC 28734  This is residential only and some of these include some Highlands, NC Realtors that are members of our board but the property may or may not be in Macon county and most if not all of those were foreclosures. Also I took note to the fact that in these stats there were 71 properties sold under $100,000.
