Survey Says: Consumers Comparison Shop for Everything Except Their Mortgage  I thought this was an interesting article I read today in my Daily Real Estate News sponsered by Lowes.

Lots of work and no pay makes June sad girl today! 
My first short sale that I have attempted to pull together.  I was on the buyers side.  The listing agent is furious with the bank and so is some others involved. We been working on this since Feb. and they finally gave us the final word "NO"!
The couple is 10 months behind on their payments and did what the bank told them to do as far as listing it as a short sale with their agent.  They have even moved out of the home.

After reading a recent blog I got so confused I quit reading it.  I need to pay attention to what I am doing and what my local laws are.
Our NC standard form was adopted in January of this year.  I am not quoating word for word except #6
