It's raining BUYERS in Macon County Franklin, NC - I hope you selling too! I worked the entire holiday weekend and been so busy with home buyers & showings on listings it unreal. Land is at its lowest in years here in Macon County,NC and it is starting to see some light. It felt like I had this cloud over me for a few months with no contracts, no buyers, but I kept on trudging the road of Real Estate here in Franklin, NC.
