Where will you be marketing my home? Here is a question often asked when I am listing a home for sale. I market in so many areas it would be easy to forget some so the best way to answer this question is for me to show them where I will be marketing their home and its not just in Franklin, NC. Why haven't you sold my home yet? We are so disappointed it has not sold. These are some of the calls I received last week. I thought you were agressive? You need to get hungry and try to sell it. Try something different, something has to change. We really are not happy with the amount of showings. Change the pictures and some of the verbiage while your at it.
