Selling Real Estate with Emotionally Attached Sellers We all know homeowners can be emotionally & overly attached to their homes and as a result, over price their home. Sometimes they will fight the sale right to the bitter end. I do have empathy for those who made memories where they lived for a long time. Classes on "How to sell your home with or without a broker. How do you think this will impact Realtors? Someone asked this question on Truila. Her local Newspaper had an ad for a class this Spring on how to sell your home without a Realtor and wanted to know how it would impact Realtors, and here was my answer to her blog. I don't think it will impact Professional Realtor's at all. Professional Realtor's usually end up listing most of those FSBO after a while.
