ALLEN Realtors® Home Buying Seminar

Tuesday, March 9 - 7 pm & Sunday, March 14 - 1 pm

9805 Gravelly Lake Dr SW, Lakewood, WA

FREE ADMISSION

The current condition of the economy and the real estate market has produced more questions than answers regarding what to do and how to position one's self for the future.  At ALLEN Realtors®, which celebrates its 70th anniversary later this year, we are no stranger to challenging real estate markets.  We've helped our clients weather the past six recessions using common sense, creativity, and perseverance.  The real estate market has led the United States out of every recession since the Great Depression and we feel the current economic condition will improve when the real estate market turns.

Despite the current economy and real estate market, opportunity beckons!  The current economy will eventually turn for the better - they always have - and NOW may be one of the best times ever to be a buyer.  Consider the following:

  • Inventory is high, there's lots from which to choose - it's a BUYER'S market;
  • Interest rates are still at HISTORIC lows -- this means maximum buying power!;
  • Sellers are more MOTIVATED to sell;
  • There are TAX CREDITS in place to motivate buyers -- $8,000 for first-time buyers, $6,500 for current homeowners;

Indeed, the real estate market and the mortgage industry has changed dramatically over the past few years, making the home-buying process more complicated and difficult, even for the experienced home buyer.

Please join us on March 9 or March 14.  Come meet our experienced team of agents.  Ask questions.  Get answers.  For more information, call us at 253-582-6111.
