clean out: Another Foreclosure Trash Out by JUNK EVICTION (TM) - 05/03/08 02:32 PM
This property will be known as the Roach & Cat house forever and ever. What you are seeing in the above pic is only a segment of the back yard. I wish I had taken photos to show you the 500-600 baby roaches that we saw walking and and crawling on everything "inside" the house. Needless to say that we couldn't avoid the occassional roach on us! Now, the live and the dead roaches were certainly disgusting, but the real grossness was the littler box and cat smell and messes throughout the house. I am not kncking how people live, but the

clean out: Foreclosure Clean Out ends up being bigger than Realtor thought - 05/03/08 01:33 PM
OK, so we traveled a littler farther than we would normally like to, but I wanted to see if it was worth it to use our truck and guys to pull the junk out. The trailer we use for jobs like htis is 250 cubic feet. That is 5ft. wide by 10 ft. deep by 5 ft. high. That's a lot of junk! Our worst to this day was a storage unit that was a 10 ft. by 20 ft. unit with junk piled 8 ft high....we were shocked! So, this job was a foreclosure property. We were hired by the Realtor
