property taxes: If You're Not Fighting the Tax Man, You'll Hate Yourself Later - 06/17/08 11:19 PM

Today, I had a nice conversation with a Katy homeowner. In the morning, he has his tax protest hearing with the Fort Bend County Appraisal District. We visited about the solds in his immediate area; I ran data on the houses closest to his, in size and age, and we discussed how he might successfully protest his taxation value.
