I have a new condo listing and I just wanted to get anyones input on the changes they have been seeing in condos being approved for fha and other government financing options. Things are i believe different for new construction and existing condos that are assocation run, this condo in particular is an existing condo and I havent looked into the details yet. I look forward to anyone sharing their experiences with condos and fannie approval
