Okay so here is the story i have a 4-plex that i am hooked on a adjustable arm on i would sell it for what i bought it for just to stop the bleading. I would sell for 330k and would be willing to do a owner carry of 10% so you wouldn't have to bring money to close it has strong rent shotest term tenant is 18 years and the longest is 25. (true story) rent on it is 2500 a month call me with any questions or if you want to buy it
