Okay so here is the story i have a 4-plex that i am hooked on a adjustable arm on i would sell it for what i bought it for just to stop the bleading. I would sell for 330k and would be willing to do a owner carry of 10% so you wouldn't have to bring money to close it has strong rent shotest term tenant is 18 years and the longest is 25. (true story) rent on it is 2500 a month call me with any questions or if you want to buy it (1 comments)

What is a 1099? The 1099 is given to the homeowners as a result of income they've received. For example, if the bank is owed $100,000 and agrees to accept $65,000 on a short sale, the homeowners actually made $35,000 (the short sale amount) and can receive a 1099 for that amount. You must explain this to your homeowners when discussing a short sale and advise them to speak with an accountant as to how a 1099 might affect them. Typically, the homeowners are showing no income or have had limited income for quite some time. If this is the case, (2 comments)

Does any one have a good source to send short sale negotiations to. i am getting so burnt out on trying to get the banks to take offers. i would pay some one or do a referal if they would handle the headache part of the deal (0 comments)

I have a rental in Windsor in Water valley subdivision that is currently rented for 900 a month i would sell it for $155 and would carry back 10% so you wouldn't have to come out of pocket any money to get it done. Has about 11 months left on the lease and supper easy to rent out call me if you have some one interested (0 comments)
