In the spirit of being more transparent I figured we should discuss The Rent Company.  As many of you know Vizion has been using The Rent Company as a property manager for the past several months.  Their ridiculously low management fees and top notch customer service makes working with them a  breeze.  Even our tenants agree they’ve never seen a management company respond as quickly to service calls as The Rent Company.  Naturally joining forces with The Rent Company will mean a few changes  down here at Vizion but rest assured current  tenants nothing will be changing for you.

Progress On 4408 Grandview (Project South KC) Pt. 5 - 03/28/09 02:35 PM
Looks like the crew working on this renovation had a pretty good week.  Other than getting the entire exterior painted before the weather turned for the worst they also managed to get a good amout done on the inside as well.
This is a shot of the living room.  As you can see the walls have already been primed and will probably get their first coat of paint sometime next week.

Progress On 1010 W 70t Tr. (Project Brookside) Pt. 6 - 03/28/09 01:59 PM
A lot has happened on this renovation since last week.  I’m really surprised at how quickly our crews are working to complete this renovation.  If they continue at this pace we should have no problem wrapping up this remodel by our deadline of April 15th.  Since so much has taken place on this renovation this progress post will be a little bit longer than usual.   On the plus side that means lots more photos!

Things are really starting to come together at 1010 W 70th tr. From the looks of things were well on pace to be done by April.  I’m always surprised at how quicky our crews are able to renovate a house.  Granted this house was already in good condition when compared to our renovation a few blocks away at 444 Dartmouth.
As you can see our crews have started doing the exterior paint.  Ive noticed that once you start working on the exterior of a house the neighbors really start to pay attention the renovation.

I stopped by our renovation of 4408 Grandview after a few showing at 9808 E. 76th Tr in Raytown, MO.  I’m pretty excited to have another large house like that on the market.
Most of the new windows have already been installed in this house.  I’m still trying to think of the best way for us to landscape this house.  We don’t get many houses with circle drives like this one.

Lots of progress has been made on this house in the basement.  The room you see in this picture will become the 5th bedroom.

First off I should probably address a small issue in last weeks post.  That light blue looking paint is actually primer…not paint.  It sure would look a little strange if the whole house was painted in that color.  Sorry for any confusion.   Now with that out of the way lets get into this weeks progress post on 1010 W. 70th Tr.

Our crews had to pull off of this home renovation to wrap up the remodel at 424 Dartmouth.  Our crews were on this house for a grand total of three days last week but in those three days they got a lot done.  According to our head contractor the crews will make up the days they missed on this job next weekend.
