Progress On 453 W 70th (Project Brookside) Part 4 - 07/20/09 09:29 PM
So much has happened at 453 W 70th Ter since my last progress post.  This home is really starting to take shape and I must say its looking great.  In fact great is an understatement.  This home looks amazing.   I won’t bore you with the technical details…lets just get to the pictures.
Lets start things off in the kitchen.  As you can see we have more than just a few cabinets.  Just in case you couldn’t tell from the pictures these cabinets are very tall and did I mention amazing.  Whoever ends up purchasing this home will never have a problem … (6 comments)

So much has been done at 453 W 70th Ter since our last progress post.  It’s always amazing to see such a large scale renovation take place.  This is the 4th remodel the Vizion crews have done in Romanelli Gardens over the past year and while all the other homes have been special in their own way this one clearly takes the cake.
As you can see the exterior paint has been nearly completed.  Its hard to believe that just a few weeks ago this house was light brown with a dark brown trim.

Why Work Has Stopped At 4341 Wyoming - 07/11/09 09:55 AM
The city has placed a stop work order on our remodel at 4341 Wyoming. While everyone at the Vizion team is working hard to get this situation resolved it is possible that this remodel may be delayed to late September or early October.  Any additional progress on this situation will be added on the vizionkc blog.

Vizion Properties In The News Again - 07/03/09 10:53 PM
If there’s a good deal on real estate the Vizion team will be there.  Even if it means showing up on the court house steps to bid on a million dollar mansion.  That’s where we were Thursday July 2nd.  Vizion CEO Aaron Thomas gave a brief interview on the court house steps you can read the whole story below.

Progress On 453 W 70th (Project Brookside) Part 2 - 07/03/09 09:35 PM
Our crews are about a week ahead of schedule on the remodel of 453 w 70th ter.  From the looks of things we should be done with this house by the last week of July.  That means we should have this house on the market right at the peak of selling season.  Right now all I’m thinking about is how many sandwiches we should order for the open house I have a feeling everyone in the neighborhood will be eager to see this home once its done.
