rental leads: What Should I do With All These Rental Leads? - 09/23/08 12:26 PM

I just got off the phone with a lady who is looking to rent a 4 bedroom 2 bath house with a finished basement, 2 car garage and a backyard all for $700 per month. Is it just me or is this lady looking for something that doesn’t exist? Or at least something that doesn’t come along all that often…….except on Craigslist.
I figure getting a call like this is the unintended result of having my phone number on hundreds of signs all over the city. Only now I have a problem. I document each and every person who calls. I … (7 comments)
