As soon as our home renovations are completed I call the stager.  It’s no longer a discussion or debate with the investor behind the property or with anyone on our team.  Staging makes a huge difference on how these home show and since were serious about selling these properties its essential that we have them staged.  This is the staging on 7744 McGee what do you think?

As I stated in an earlier post I will be having all of remodeled homes staged.  Since it looks like there is a pretty large audience of stagers here I will continue posting before and after photos.
This house is 12512 Winchester Ave Grandview, MO.  It is part of Project Grandview and was listed on the MLS earlier today.

staging: I’m Thinking About Staging All My Vacant Listings - 01/20/09 08:44 PM
I’m leaning towards having all of my vacant listings staged.  Each time I see a staged home I’m impressed with how much better the house looks.  I’ve already talked to most of my investors and many of them have agreed to pay for this additional service…especially if it sells their properties faster.  For the ones that are not  on board with staging yet I hope these before and after pictures will help change their perceptions of this service.
The house below is listed at $139,900.  This is one of our intro level flips.

Well I did it!  I hired a home stager / interior designer.  After reading all the comments I received on my post about home staging and interviewing a few local stagers I took the plunge.   I just figured it would be best to see what a stager could do first hand and I must say I’m impressed.
