As soon as our home renovations are completed I call the stager. It’s no longer a discussion or debate with the investor behind the property or with anyone on our team. Staging makes a huge difference on how these home show and since were serious about selling these properties its essential that we have them staged. Vizion has completed another home renovation in the Waldo area of Kansas City. The last house we did in this area was at 8205 Kenwood just a few blocks away. That house sold in 7 days I wonder how quickly this one will sell.
This house was already in great shape when it was purchased it just needed a little updating to become a Vizion home. I plan on putting this house on the market sometime next week. Tours are slated for the week after. I stopped by this property earlier today after a showing a 5230 N. Manchester.
As you can see the kitchen has been completed. I love the brightness of this kitchen and all the cabinet space.
This is a shot of the eat in portion of this kitchen. This room has incredible natural light. The sliding glass door to the left leads out to the patio in the rear of this house .

We’re about a week away from completing the renovation on 7744 McGee. If the good weather we’ve been having holds together we might be able to get this house on tours the week of the 18th.
The bathroom tub vanity and toilet have been installed. We went with our standard floor and wall tile on this renovation. This pictures is a little deciving the bathroom is acutaly a great deal larger than it appears here.

We’re on week 3 of the renovation of 7744 McGee a continuation of Project Waldo. I stopped by this property after showing the rental house on 70th ter out by Raytown, MO. This weeks updates will focus on the properties exterior.
As you can see this is a portion of the front porch which was installed last week.

Project Waldo refers to all Vizion home renovations that take place in the Waldo area of Kansas City. This is a brief overview and history of the Waldo area.
Waldo is a neighborhood located in Kansas City, Missouri on 75th Street & Wornall Road that has continued to maintain its own unique character, even though it was annexed by Kansas City in 1909. Waldo’s boundaries are Gregory Blvd on the north to 91st Street on the south, (although 89th street forms a full south boundary) and Holmes Road on the east to State Line Road on the west.

Our renovation of 7744 McGee is slowly but surly coming along. I stopped by the property earlier today after running a few errands in the Waldo area of Kansas City.
The new garage door has been installed. This is the fist time I’ve seen one wrapped in plastic. I wonder what we’re protecting it from.

We’re making great progress on 7744 McGee a continuation of Project Waldo. From the looks of things we should be done with this house the first part of February.
All the tear out has been completed on this house. When we’re all done this will be the kitchen. We plan on using the same solid surface granite, tile and maple cabinets that are currently going into our house in North KC.
