Buyer Incentives and Future Economy? - 11/13/09 02:12 PM
I know that short term the incentives that buyers are being offered to buy homes right now are awesome!  With the extension of the tax credit, the low rates, etc...Do you think this will help the economy as a whole down the road or are we just beefing up numbers now that are almost fake?  There are still a ton of families having a tough time paying their mortgages due to lost jobs, etc...we all know the short sale and modification process is taking a long time as well.  Without remediating the problems that still exist on the back side with loans that … (2 comments)

Definitely going to continue my blog as of now!  Here is my question?  Do you think Fannie Mae is making the right move regarding their new property management venture?  They would be allowing people that go into foreclosure to lease the home they live in for 1 year and then rent month to month.  I say get them out of the homes so our qualified buyers can buy the homes now!  What do you think?
