Home prices in the nation's largest metropolitan regions continued their descent in December. The widely followed Standard & Poor's/Case-Shiller Index, which tracks the real estate market in 20 major U.S. cities, showed that prices dropped 2.4% in December from the same month a year earlier, the third consecutive year-over-year decline. The index fell 1% in December from November, marking the fifth consecutive monthly decline. "Despite improvements in the overall economy, housing continues to drift lower and weaker," said David M. Thanks Homesmart Office in Mesa, AZ! - 02/17/11 11:47 AM
I wanted to take a brief minute to thank the Homesmart office in Mesa, AZ for allowing us to bring them a dynamic CE class yesterday. Homesmart has an in house lender and it is out of the ordinary for them to allow another financial institution to present material and promote their business. We sponsored a 3 Hour Continuing Education Class on Using Social Media Effectively in Real Estate along with Sarah Perkins from Lawyers Title. The class was taught by Jeff Fischer with Fischer School of Real Estate. If you haven't seen his classes yet, make sure to get to (0 comments)

My sinuses are driving me absolutely bonkers and I feel like I am "dazed and confused" due to all of the over the counter meds I have in my system! But as I sit here writing about how badly I am feeling, I realize that I have an amazing career. I am able to work from home without skipping a beat even while not feeling great. Between my laptop, my blackberry, email, skype, etc...I am able to have a virtual office anywhere. As I sit (2 comments)
