In the last 2 weeks, I searched my MLS for information to show homes to my clients. There were 16 homes listed as "vacant" and on lockbox that I chose to show my clients among others that needed scheduled appointments. Gee, what a surprise when I showed up and on 13 of the 16, the lockbox was missing or wasn't an MLS (supraekey in our area) but a contractor's box with no code entered into the realtors comment section. You realtors who don't keep the MLS listings up to date help to perpetuate the "realtors are unprofessional" impression. Imagine how it
