It's rattlesnake season here in Arizona. Today, when I let the puppies out, they let me know all about it.
Tonight, on the evening news, they reported there have already been 15 reported rattlesnake bites ON HUMANS in the last week.
This blog is to give you some ideas on rattlesnake safety for you and your pets.
If out hiking, be sure you have a walking stick or cane - something to put ahead of you on the ground.
If you come across a rattler, back away SLOWLY.
Don't probe into rocky crevices.

Today, I let the puppies out, only to have them barking frantically within a few seconds.

Well, for example, the other day my wife and I went into town and went into a shop. We were only in there for about 5 minutes. When we came out, there was a cop writing out a parking ticket. We went up to him and said, "how about giving a senior citizen a break?"

I just got off the phone with a past client and friend who has been investigating a "short pay" on her home. She asked if I knew of any attorneys or professional negotiators who could do that for her as she's running into problems.
Her first mortgage company will take a "short pay" of XXXX IF the second mortgage company will also agree at the same time. The second mortgage agreed to $14,000 on Tuesday, then called her back on Wednesday of last week to tell her they "changed their minds" and wanted the entire balance owing.

Tomorrow/today is St Patrick's Day.
I'm ready for the corned beef and cabbage and wanted to share with you all 2 great and EASY recipes.
First - when you're picking out your corned beef - buy the "flat" versus the "point" cut of corned beef - much less fat.
Crockpot method:
Put in the corned beef. Add 1 cup water. Cook on low for 6 hours on low or 3 hours on high. Add sliced cabbage and red potatoes then cook for 2 hours more.
Pressure cooker method:
