Photo placement in MLS - 01/31/12 10:10 PM
They're at it again - changing over features in our MLS.  The jury is out on the "new and better" features.  I'll be letting MLS know first thing Monday AM with the change over.   I already have 3 agents who have called and asked to come over to my house for a more "in depth" training because, for some unknown reason, I'm known as the MLS guru.
However, in today's training class, one thing that was stressed over and over - put your best 4 or 5 photos first!!!!

The ever exciting 2012 WM Phoenix Open starts tomorrow.  During the week of the event, I will be posting the weather forecast (sorry all you northerners) but I have some suggestions for clothing options.
It is typically cool in the mornings  with temps in the 40's or 50's.  As the sun come ups, we'll experience our seasonal averages of 70's and 80's F.  Plan on dressing in layers with a sweater or sweatshirt for the mornings and late afternoons (there are some great ones to buy at the various shops).  Wear sensible walking shoes - even when … (3 comments)

Saturday brain teaser - when is my birthday? - 01/28/12 12:09 AM
As my birthday approaches I start to collect leaves - a little bizarre perhaps, but I enjoy it!     On the first day of the month I collect 1 leaf, on the second day I collect 2 leaves, the third day I collect 3 leaves, and so on.     By my birthday I will have collected 276 leaves altogether. On which day of the month is my birthday?

No, it's not my birthday month nor is this my actual birthday.  It's just for the brain teaser of today.
I'll stop back later with the answer, in case no … (18 comments)

Friday brain teaser - what words are these? - 01/27/12 12:06 AM
Okay, this is a short one.  I'm sure you'll all know at least one of the answers, but, to be declared the official winner of this brain teaser, you'll need to know 4 answers:

What FOUR  common English words have no words with which it rhymes?

I'll stop back later in the day with the answers.  Note:  they must be usual, common, every day words - not scientific names or trade names - just normal, every day words.

And, because it was so short - how about a trivia question?

Saturday brain teaser - a good one to share with the kids and all animal lovers - 01/14/12 12:00 PM

Many hair counts were taken of the side in question and consistently it was found to contain more hairs. Once they had managed to breath new life into leessons, progres came quickly - sucess was then garanteed. How many speeling errors would modern skolars identify in this paragraph?
