Scottsdale and Cave Creek short sales - the reality Last week, while searching for homes to show a homebuyer in Cave Creek AZ, I came across a new listing. It's a great home in a wonderful gated community in Cave Creek and in her price range. We schedule a showing for THAT SAME DAY. Because there are so few listings of homes for sale in Cave Creek AZ, many homes are being purchase the same day with some receiving multiple offers. My buyer liked the home and stated she couldn't believe she could get this home for this price.
