Showing homes to potential buyers - what's the etiquette? - 05/28/12 08:08 AM
Last week, while showing homes to potential buyers in Cave Creek, AZ, I ran into a situation I hadn't yet encountered. Here's what happened.
After determining which homes they wanted to view, I mapped the homes out deciding to go from the furthest ending at the closest to our starting point. I called for all viewings which were required and scheduled the appointments. The clients and I met up at our local Dominion Real Estate Partners office in Carefree and I hand them their showing packet - I always give my buyers a clipboard with copies of all the … (79 comments)

Homemade frozen dog treats - 05/27/12 07:45 PM
These treats are quick, easy, and just the perfect treat after playing outside on a hot day.
1 cup peanut butter
32 oz canister of plain or vanilla yogurt
Heat the peanut butter for about 30 seconds in the microwave. Add the yogurt and mix well. Pour or spoon into cupcake molds or paper wrappers. Put in the freezer until frozen. After they're frozen, I take them out of the cupcake pans and put in a freezer bag to keep them fresh.
