Currently, there are only 8 active listings in the entire subdivision of Tatum Highlands!!!! Why is the inventory so low? Is it the great location just minutes north of the expressways and Desert Ridge? Is it the community parks scattered throughout Tatum Highlands including the John Teets park with so many activities?
