MARKET REPORT FOR 4/2/2012
Tatum Highlands real estate, conveniently located just north of the loop 101 at Tatum and Jomax, continues to experience extremely low marketing times - only 75 days on average - and values are INCREASING!!!
In the last six months, home values in Tatum Highlands have increased from an average of $250,000 to $255,750, a 2.25% increase. There are currently only 5 active listings for sale in Tatum Highlands which are not under contract TATUM HIGHLANDS HOMES FOR SALE. This is down from an average of 19 just six months ago.
