admin assistant: Real Estate isn't necesarrily about buyers and sellers anymore... - 07/14/08 08:40 PM
Every day in the office I am constantly hearing all of the ups and downs of the real estate business. Daily I am learning of a new situation I've never encountered before. It's actually is part of what makes the real estate business so intriguing. If someone comes to me with a problem with a well I know exactly what steps to take to getting the water tested, checking for bacteria, etc, but if I had to actually go to a property and point out the well, it would never happen. (Unless maybe it had one of those little cap things (3 comments)
After several realtors asking ok, what exactly do you do and how can you help me I'm finally back with my post. I realized I made a mistake in my last blog saying the I would have this posted by Thursday ( I didn't mention which Thursday it would actually be) So here it goes, let me know what you think and if you have any additional ideas, or input please let me know! New Listing 1. Upon setting the appointment a pre-listing packet will be placed in the mail (may also be sent electronically) to the homeowner. Pre-listing packet (1 comments)
Ok, I was ready, I was pumped, and poof I disappear for over a week! I know horrible huh. But of course life managed to get right in the way of my new blogging path. Actually, its not that I haven't had the time, its that I didn't make them a priority and fit them into my schedule! That is what I learned from a lecture / training session I attended and had the priviledge of meeting and speaking with Saul (2 comments)

In her entry she mentions someone who helped her to see the error of her ways in the world of blogging. Although I'm not sure she was talking about me (although it is possible) I know to many others I am that person. The person who always says, have you made your prospecting calls, have you followed up with your FSBO's, or have you updated you blog lately. It's funny because I am real good at talking the talk, but not so much when I have (20 comments)
Guess I peaked your interest! Thanks so much for the comments on my first blog. I hope this help everyone to understand the virtual assistant concept. Please keep in mind our proximity to each other is not a problem. Living in KY, I only have clients in CA and PA so far.
A cost comparison for a full-time employee versus a Virtual Assistant Difference = $60,160.00 per year By hiring a Virtual Assistant... You SAVE over $60,000.00 per year! Although the Virtual Assistant's hourly rate is more than the employee's rate in the first place, you save the cost (2 comments)
