The real estate market in Tucson seems to be picking up slightly, however sellers still need to consider their pricing strategy very carefully in order to get their home sold in this market.

In many ways the Tucson Real Estate market is starting off the same way it usually does for this time of year. Sales are most definately down this year in 2007 versus last year at this same time in 2006 however.
Although our sales vloume and transaction numbers as a community are down this year verus 2006, we are still at the 3rd highest level seen in Tucson history.
