May Is Asian Pacific American Heritage Month
Not many people know about May being Asian Pacific American Heritage Month (APAHM) even I didn't know until some one told me last week.
Well here's to being cultured and learning...
The whole month of May is to commemorate the contributions of people of Asian and Pacific Islander descent in the United States.
Congress passed this even in 1978 to coincide with the anniversary dates of the first Japanese immigrants in America on May 7, 1843 and the completion of the transcontinental railroad (by many Chinese laborers) on May 10, 1869.

For the past couple of years, Apple has been aggressively advertising Macintosh's Brand as young, hip and trendy with the famous Im a Mac vs Im a PC ads.
I don't know what happened with Microsoft over the years they just stood there taking a beating from Apple with the domination of the Ipod and Mac sales recently.

Most people understand what SPAM is and have developed some ways to prevent SPAM. Email filters, blockers and even getting new complete e-mail addys.
What most people don't know is the difference between Marketing Spam and Deceptive Spam. Marketing Spam is the least threatful but still annoying.
Marketing Spam deals with advertisments or marketing information mass mailed to consumers. The Best Protection against these threats is to simply just forward these e-mails to your Host or IP provider like AOL, MSN or Verizon.

I started smoking at the Age of 16 (11 years ago) just like the consensus says, I fell into peer pressure and all it took was one drag and I was hooked.
Being a teenager a lot of things looked cool to me and living on the edge made it even more appealing.
Granted smoking was nothing new to my family. My Dad having has smoked for 10 years, my Brother smoked for 5 years, My Sister smokes and My Aunt still smokes.

Today was my beautiful's Daughter Graduation for the 4yr Old Class at The Wave Children's Learning Center. Thinking back how much she grown and how fast they grow up has really made me a proud Father. It's moment like these you cherich and reflect how much your child's life impacts you.
Graduation is a time to celebrate the forthcoming of one phase of life to another. So true in life whether we are just starting out as Real Estate Professionals or graduating from a renter to homeowner, the graduation process or progression of life changes is to move forward.
