I have a client who is interested in a rather expensive piece of commercial land and the listing agent won't return phone calls.  I have called e-mailed screamed.  I guess I will go to his office tomorrow and get what I need.  Anyone ever have this problem? … (1 comments)

I recently lost a listing to another agent who I know is well known in my home town as a big producer.  That didn't suprise me as much as the way she dumped on her new client.  She left the disclosure, redhibition etc for her to fill out on her own and bring them back to her another day.   The client had already signed the listing agreement and was trapped.  I told her to call the agent that is what she was being paid to do.  Do you think I was wrong? … (0 comments)

I have found that most FSBO in my home state of Louisiana don't know state law requires a disclosure sheet.  I also have found this an excellent oppurtunity to approach the owners.  How is it in other states? … (0 comments)

Just wanted to know how many potential clients expect to make a fortune off of their home?  I know I lost out on one listing because I wouldn't list it for the price they were asking.  I will watch this one closely and see if it sells and what for. … (2 comments)
