I have a client who is interested in a rather expensive piece of commercial land and the listing agent won't return phone calls. I have called e-mailed screamed. I guess I will go to his office tomorrow and get what I need. Anyone ever have this problem?

I have found that most FSBO in my home state of Louisiana don't know state law requires a disclosure sheet. I also have found this an excellent oppurtunity to approach the owners. How is it in other states?

Just wanted to know how many potential clients expect to make a fortune off of their home? I know I lost out on one listing because I wouldn't list it for the price they were asking. I will watch this one closely and see if it sells and what for.
