It's your patriotic duty. I wonder if our president will watch or.... Via Rich Sellers, Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge: WALK NAKED IN AMERICA DAY Don't forget to mark your calendars. As you may already know, it is a sin for a Muslim male to see any woman other than his wife naked and if he does, he must commit suicide. So next Saturday at 1 PM Eastern Time, all American women are asked to walk out of their house completely naked to help weed out any neighborhood terrorists. Circling your block for one hour is recommended for this anti-terrorist effort. All (0 comments)

Government Employees Prospering in Bad Economy | Slidell Real Estate for Sale - 03/11/10 07:38 PM
Any one willing to wager a guess where the three highest median income counties in the United States are located? Seems Government workers are doing just well in our economy. That's right the three highest median income counties in the country all border Washington D.C. How I wish i had taken a job with the Government when I graduated from college. They always had an early retirement with lifetime pension and health insurance. Now they have great pay to go along with these benefits. The average government worker makes over $7000 more per year than a private sector worker. If any (2 comments)
for any amount of time knows this isn't anything close to a normal real estate market. With the Federal Tax Credit for first time and repeat buyers buoying the market. With many agents making a living on short sales and foreclosures and a much smaller percentage of the usual arm lenght transactions taking place. With the coming arrival of Spring and the tax credit deadline buyers are flocking to buy homes. I wonder how much demand is being pulled forward by the rapidly approaching deadline. What will fill the vacuum once it pasts? (5 comments)
