Located on convenient Concord Rd. in the Heart of Brentwood, BonBrook is a very prestigious address. There are 180 homes located in this neighborhood, priced between $400,000 and $975,000. Homes located in the original section, The Estates of BonBrook are in Brentwood High School area. Homes in the newer BonBrook on Concord section are in Ravenswood High School area. BonBrook has limited entrance and much of the neighborhood is built in Cul-de-sac style. Main entrance to BonBrook is across from the Governors Club and Golf Course. I'm over my head with the mortgage on my Nashville home, do I have to go into Foreclosure or even Bankruptcy? No you don't. Nashville home owners have options, when for reasons beyond their control, they can no longer stay ahead of their mortgage payments. Many home owners have to negotiate a "Short Sale" with their mortgage holder.

Mt. Juliet Veterans Raise Flag at Lake Providence - 09/11/09 09:28 AM
A group of 45 Veterans living in the Del Webb community at Lake Providence has brought the American Flag to their community in a wonderful way. Just in time to commemorate 9/11, these veterans donated their time and energy to raise public awareness and show Mt. Juliet's patriotism. The veterans call their effort "The Flag on the Point". Raising money to purchase a 50 ft. flag pole and ccommemorative sized flag with the help local residents and businesses including Lowe's Mt. Juliet. The group has raised their flag at the Lake Providence Community Center.

Has The Nashville Real Estate Market reached Bottom? August Appointment Center Numbers say , Yes! - 09/05/09 11:15 AM
We measure the number of home showings as a way to look for Trends in the Nashville Market. For August, Nashville Home Buyers viewed more homes than one year ago. As measured by Crye-Leike Realtors, Inc., the largest Realtor in Nashville. This chart shows that for August 2009 the appointment center had slightly more showings scheduled then in August 2008. A very welcome sign.
Although the increase from 2008 was a small one, it was a welcome sign for Nashville Realtors and Home Sellers. This makes 2 out of the last 3 months have shown increases over 2008. It is also noteworthy (0 comments)
Nashville Home Sellers face new Disclosure Laws. - 09/01/09 04:49 PM
Home sellers in Nashville have a new Law to to deal with. As of July 1 the Tennessee State Legislature passed into Law Public Chapter 112, Senate Bill 0324 and House Bill 0380, Section 66-5-2. This new Law requires Home Sellers to disclose if their property is part of a Planned Unit Development or PUD.
Here is the State's definition of a Planned Unit Development.
Why the new Law? Because PUD's may have restrictions and covenants attached to them, much like Condominiums, The new rule requires all home sellers in Nashville and Tennessee to divulge whether or not their (0 comments)
