When hunting for that next home, be sure to look closely at the home and beyond the art and furniture that won't be there on your closing day.  You want to take EVERYTHING into your decision process.  Here are some things to take in consideration that go beyond that new kitchen or bath you've always wanted.

Look at the neighborhood and ask me for market trends, you want to know if houses are selling or sitting.  Do research on crime statistics, schools, & any plans for future with the city.  Here are some helpful sites for local information:
