I want to post a HUGE thank you to Barb Copeland of Drees Homes (972-877-5354 bcopeland@dreeshomes.com)! Long story short...I have been working with these clients for about a year. With the economy and home sales taking a dive they were apprehensive. In January, we finally started moving forward. After meeting and negotiating with several builders, Barb was able to make us the best deal for a new build. She is quite a lady! Very professional, kind...all around lovely person.
