Advice gets results!!!!
Sometimes just being hired for an opinion to help sell a property is success. An agent called me on behalf of his clients who had moved away already, across the country.  The house had been on the market for 3 months.  The clients were hoping for a certain price but the home wasn't showing well enough for the price they wanted.  It was even more difficult when the house was empty.  You could see all the flaws and lack of updates for this price range.  I spent quite a bit of time preparing my report and I e-mailed it … (14 comments)
