As everyone who reads my postings knows that I am a licensed investor who works with investors in south-eastern Michigans booming market. Lately some of the people we work with have been disputing who is owed the sale of a property when we all market to the same pool of serious buyers (since there is a very limited handful in Michigan right now). I handle all of the rent to own calls and properties for our company here in Michigan and I am getting a little disturbed with the way it is running. Our turnover has diminished in the past year. Sure, I could blame it on the economy but the fact of this matter is that people are still buying, families still have awesome incomes and just had a sprout of bad credit.
