For Sale By Owner vs Using a Realtor - 11/30/07 08:55 AM
In my last newsletter, I gave you some hard facts about how it is truly a Buyers Market. This week I want to talk about For Sale By Owner or as we call it in the trade "FSBO".
My first home was a new construction home that I raised my children in back in Michigan. When I was ready to move I was certain that I could sell it myself.
