Weather is getting quite nice out and it sure is attracting buyers to look at homes! Activity has been picking up....especially homes under $250,000...the first time homebuyer tax credit and low interest rates is making a difference. Having homes under $250,000 picking up should soon help sell those in higher price brackets.
