Some Minnesota Homes Selling Better than Others-Price Matters - 08/19/09 10:04 AM
The Twin Cities pending home sales increased year over year in July 2009. The biggest increase were homes under $190,000. The first time homebuyer tax credit along with great prices on homes has much to do with this. This is a necessary part of the market cycle...once homes in the $190,000 and below sell, many of those homeowners can then buy in higher price ranges.
