The new Glacier High School in Kalispell is opening this fall. This will be the second high school for rapidly growing Kalispell. Along with the new school, it has been a summer of road construction! Highway 93 between Kalispell and Whitefish continues the expansion to 4 lanes which will make it safer and faster to get between the 2 towns. West Reserve in front of the new high school has been widened with a roundabout added for speed control. Our brand new stadium 14 cinema opened almost 2 weeks ago, a big deal in this valley! While the market has slowed, we have had 17 closings to date, off about 57% from last year which seems about typical with all agents if not worse. Out of state buyers are still coming in and typically September and October are strong months. We are getting geared up to higher an assistant. StarPower has given us the ideas and momentum and now we need help! I have been reading the book "you squared" by Price Pritchett.
