Market Correction, Time to Buy??? - 09/11/07 02:49 PM
As a real estate investor myself for the past 10 years, this is a time that investors get a little nervous. The fear and panic that the media generates when the stock market or housing market is correcting is contagious even when we know intellectually that this is a natural occurence. I look at my stocks and real estate as a long term investment and know I will be riding the markets to some extent. History proves that real estate over time is a great way to build wealth and even have tenants pay for your investment while it appreciates.    … (0 comments)

Time of year for out of state buyers - 09/10/07 08:50 AM
September and October have always been months when out of state buyers turn up in NW Montana. I suppose they wait to take their vacation until all the "summer people" have headed home and school has started. It is a great time to come to our area since the weather is still very nice and the hoards visiting Glacier National Park have for the most part gone home. Logans Pass in the park is only open through this weekend to allow time to work on the Going to the Sun road. The shuttle transportation in the park has ended for the … (0 comments)
