Finally! Snow has fallen on the Whitefish Mountain Resort with more promised this week. 2 runs are open on the backside of the mountain. Got a dusting in the valley last night that looks very Christmas like.

The elections are finally over! Montana re-elected the Democratic governor, Flathead County Commissioner race is decided with former Sheriff Dupont being the new Commissioner and many state and federal decisions were made. Summer continues this week! We drove up to Logan's Pass in Glacier National Park on Sunday hoping to snag a parking place and hike the highline trail. No luck, everyone else had the same idea on a gorgeous Sunday. So, continued down the east side and did a little hike (0 comments)

The last 2 weeks have been very Spring like. Upper 40's to even over 50 degrees. Major snow melting happining even though at my house there is still snow in piles.
