If you are sitting on the sidelines waiting for business to come to you, we think it's important to get off the sidelines and get into the game.

If you are looking for some great ideas to get your business up and running and get some leads coming in, here are some ideas:

• Market on Craigslist - If you don't have any lisitngs to market, that's okay! Market your website and your IDX on Craigslist. Buyers are on it and looking at homes, your website could be their one-stop-shop
• Target Expired listings - It's a great way to get business. If you have a CRM program you can automate the system. Use programs like Landvoice and Redx to get your expired listings daily.
• Start an IVR system- This is handsdown one of my favorite tools for agents. You can do so many creative things with an IVR system. Get that phone ringing and the cost is minimal compared to other programs. Try places like Proquest and Arch Telecom
• Walk- Yes!! Walk! Walk a neighborhood with a statistical flyer for the community. The weather is nice so take advantage of it. Get outside and meet the people in your community.
  
  
• Do some social networking- Find out where the community people are at on Twitter, Facebook, etc. and start networking with them.
  
• Save a homeowner- Find out where your NODs are published and start a campaing to help people in foreclosure.
