Red Oak Hills subdivision is a beautiful established neighborhood.  Located off 4-35 and Midland in Shawnee, KS.  Currently there is 3 active listings.  Their average list price is $251,167 and average sqft of the homes are 3,213.  Days on market average out to 67.  There is 1 house under contract and 9 have sold in the past year.  The average sold sales price in the past year is $227,589 and days on market is 173.
