Have you been thinking about listing your land for sale?  Now is the time to start preparing and be ready for the Spring thaw.  Even though temperatures are at record lows this week in Kansas buyers are looking.  Yes, they really are looking albeit mostly online at this point. Land buyers are picky and have lots of time on their hands.  They do not have to buy any time soon except in rare occasions like maybe for a 1031 exchange.  They will look for months sometimes even a few years for just the right property.
