The history of the Land Values Summary by the USDA, National Agricultural Statistics Service for Kansas (Northern Plains Region) shows a nice trend for landowners.  Overall since Kansas has consistently gone up in values for farmland.  The Northern Plains Regions includes Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota and that region has been holding in values or increasing as well.
