You've heard of the Pareto Principle right? If not, it's the 80/20 Rule that economist Vilfredo Pareto developed through his research.
I bet you haven't heard of the 20/50/30 Rule, though... right? It works hand-in-hand with the 80/20 rule for leads and is more centered on lead qualification.

One strategy that has the potential to generate instant success is a time-tested prospecting plan. "The 14+14+28 Strategy."  I wish the concept was my creation...but I can't take credit for it. The plan has incredible potential to land listings in any neighborhood.

The reason is this, i don't feel that we are so much in competition, this is a huge issue in our business.
