HALLOWEEN SAFETY TIPS    (if you cannot make it to the halloween festivities on Newberry Street, and decide to go out and about for treats.... please be safe!!)
                             
 Stay in well lit areas and sidewalks
Cross the stret at corners and look both ways before crossing!!
 Wear light-colored clothing.
 Carry a flashlight with fresh batteries to light your way.
 NEVER go into a strangers house!!
 Have a parent inspect your treats BEFORE eating - but DON'T LET THEM TAKE ALL THE GOOD CANDY!!!
 Don't eat ANY candy that is not wrapped.
 HAVE A SAFE AND HAPPY HALLOWEEN Y'ALL :)      boo!!

It's Steeplechase weekend!! 10/29-30, 2010 - 10/27/10 09:48 AM
That's right!  This weekend is the 19th Renewal of the Aiken Fall Steeplechase.  Between 8,000-10,000 people are expected to turn out Saturday for tailgating at the races :)  It's another Aiken social event!  You need to experience it first hand, come on down :)         HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
